Interviewing
If we feel you are a good match, a Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to interview you. Your initial interview with TA will be virtual. Our team will shortlist candidates with our hiring teams. Next you will be invited to interview with the hiring team. Interviews can be in-person, over the internet or a combination of the two. Most jobs require 2-3 rounds of interviews. We feel this is a good balance for evaluating candidate skills and qualities while avoiding interview fatigue.

Decision time
Hiring is a mutual decision. Our goal is providing you with a great experience throughout the entire process. After interviews are completed with our shortlisted candidates your Talent Acquisition Partner will call you directly and let you know if you are receiving an offer. Offers are initially presented to you in a live conversation and immediately followed with a formal offer letter or employment agreement for you to review. Only Clarivate Talent Acquisition Partners have the authority to extend an offer on behalf of Clarivate and will always provide a formal offer letter and/or employment agreement.
Clarivate will never ask your banking details or any payment before you start working with us. Always be cautious when job hunting, especially if you receive an offer without applying through our official website. These are general tips meant to help you stay alert to the many scams that exist.
